Full Depth Reclamation and Road Stabilization

Full depth road reclamation begins with a reclaimer grinding the existing surface. MG30 is injected to make a homogenous mixture. The machine can grind up to a depth of 20” and provide varying coarseness of material. This allows for customization of the roadway for future needs. The mixture is then laid out and packed.

Roadways with a pavement layer (TMS) are ideal for full depth reclamation projects, which is a great alternative to clay capping.

The end product is a denser, stronger road. MG30 acts a cement to bond the aggregate together. Full depth reclamation is ideal for roads that have a high concentration of heavy weight traffic. The new road will drive like a highway (with a similar density) yet is still a gravel road.
