Blade Mixing

Blade Mixing is the perfect solution to grid roads that have a higher concentration of lighter weight traffic.  The process of blade mixing involves mixing MG30 into the top 3 – 5” of the road.

Once the road is prepped, the spray truck will spray the MG30 and is followed by the grader. The grader mixes the road material and the MG30.  It is brought back in layers with MG30 to increase the bondage, compaction, and density of the road. The road is then packed. The process of blade mixing strengthens the surface while virtually eliminating dust and washboard. This is the perfect solution to grid roads that have a higher concentration of lighter weight traffic.

The road has a quality surface from shoulder to shoulder with proper compaction and slope. MG30 strengthens the road surface while virtually eliminating dust and washboard. Your new road will ride like an asphalt highway once it is cured. The rock chips, glass damage and loose gravel issues will be diminished.
